Trade Space Information
The Queanbeyan Show Society offers businesses the opportunity to have a presence at its annual show.
It offers powered and non-powered sites, in the open and indoors under the grandstand.
NOTE: There are a limited number of powered sites in both locations and the Show Society will do its best to accommodate your request for one. However it is a first in first received system after review by the Queanbeyan Show Society Trade Space Committee.
If your application is successful your site allocation will be made two weeks prior to the show. You will receive a map with your allocated site number.
Trading hours are as follows:
Saturday: Set up by 8.00 am, and cars to be parked. Close of trading 9pm in food vendor area, 4pm other areas.
Sunday: 9.00am to 2.00 pm.

There are a number of forms/certificates which need to be submitted with your application.
If you are a food trader please ensure you read the following and action appropriately. Visit the Food Authority of NSW to ensure you adhere to the policy of preparing and selling food.

Costs are figured out on before and after 30 September and they are and charged by the meter of frontage needed. $33.00 per metre, if booked and paid (in full) before 30 October $66.00 per metre after the 1st November.
When submitting your application please provide:
Public liability certificate
Work cover certificate
Current food safety certificate
The Showmens Guild of Australasia have agreed that the following lines be banned at Agricultural Shows, Australia wide, as it is their view and aim to protect and attract families to the Local Shows.
